You're right. It is being run out of the City of London and the WMD [Weapons of Mass Destruction] are bonds, Ports and Maritime Law (also based in London).

Here's how they are doing this - They get a country to agree to modernize their infrastructure - electric, telecommunications, water, wastewater, (any thing that flows in pipes - natural gas, etc.) [everyone remember my natural gas post?] The country of course has to borrow money to do it. They do that with bonds and public-private partnerships.

They then get the country to legislatively create Port Districts or Inland Port Districts (airports or intermodal commerce zones. [Syria has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with China to build a massive industrial economic zone in Homs, Syria]

The Port districts are fiefdomes - economically separate from the rest of the country. Their mission to attract investment (economic development) including foreign direct investment and to manage the economic activity of the zone. In this way, the debt is separated from the revenue streams. The Port Authority receives the revenue streams - the debt goes to the public. I'm positive that's why New York City went bankrupt in 1975.

FBI Admits It Interviewed Big Brother Boston Marathon Bombing Suspect

Late Friday, the FBI finally admitted that it had interviewed Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the older Boston Marathon bombing suspect who was killed by police early Friday morning. The FBI reversed itself after the Tsarnaevs’ mother, Zubeidat, told Russia Today that her son had been monitored by the FBI on Skype, and actually spoke with him “every step of the way.” She said, “They used to come [to our] home, they used to talk to me ... they were telling me that he was really an extremist leader and that they were afraid of him. They told me whatever information he is getting, he gets from these extremist sites... they were controlling him, they were controlling his every step...and now they say that this is a terrorist act!”

CBS News correspondent Bob Orr said that the FBI conducted the investigation into Tsarnaev after requests from a foreign government – likely Russia -- but could not uncover any ties between Tsarnaev and any foreign terrorist entities.

CBS reports that the FBI likely ran a background check, including foreign communications and overseas travel. He was finally interviewed personally by the FBI.

This is the latest in a pattern of late intelligence from the FBI. They missed the boat on 9/11; they had a bead on Major Hasan Nadal prior to his terror attack at Fort Hood; they even interviewed Carlos Bledsoe, man who murdered a soldier at a recruitment post in Little Rock, Arkansas in 2009.

Boston Bomber Controlled by FBI

Zubeidat K. Tsarnaeva, the mother of Boston bombing suspects Dzhokar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev, said Friday that her eldest son Tamerlan was under the control of the FBI.

“He was controlled by the FBI, like for three, five years,” she told Russia Today during an interview. “They knew what my son was doing, they knew what actions and what sites on the Internet he was going [to], they used to come…and talk to me…they were telling me that he was really a serious leader and they were afraid of him.”

“How could this happen?…They were controlling every step of him, and they are telling today that this is a terrorist attack,” she added.

The FBI is notorious for recruiting and framing terrorist patsies. A report compiled by Mother Jones and the Investigative Reporting Program at the University of California-Berkley found that of the 158 prosecutions carried out on terrorism charges since 9/11, 49 defendants participated in plots that were arranged by FBI agent provocateurs.

“They’re creating crimes to solve crimes so they can claim a victory in the war on terror,” explained Martin Stolar, a lawyer who represented a suspect involved in a New York City bombing plot contrived by FBI agents.

According to Business Insider, the FBI will soon make public its relationship with Tsarnaeva. A spokesperson would not confirm or deny that the agency had any previous contact.

On Friday afternoon, however, Mother Jones reported the FBI has already admitted they interviewed Tsarnaev two years ago, according to CBS News. “The agency conducted the interview at the request of a so-far unnamed foreign government, CBS says, to see if the elder Tsarnaev had any extremist ties — but their search turned up none,” writes Hannah Levintova.
