March 29, 2011, EuropeNews headlined, Norway: Socialist Left Party to Vote on Motion Calling for Bombing Israel if it Acts against Hamas in Gaza, saying: Former Finance Minister, now Education Minister Kristin Halvorsen’s Socialist Left Party, (part of Norway’s three party ruling coalition) supports a measure supporting military action against Israel if it attacks Hamas. Part of its statement said: “The credibility of the world community in its confrontation with (Gaddafi) is undermined when there is no reaction against other states in the region (that) commit injustices against (their) civil population. The greater world community must therefore also react against Israeli air attacks on the Gaza strip.”

During his Channel 4 News broadcast on Friday evening, host Jon Snow asked “why police knew the killer’s name by the time they had arrived on the island,” reported the Telegraph live blog.

“He surrendered the moment police called his name 3 minutes after they arrived. What we don’t know is how the police knew the terrorist’s name before they arrested him,” said Snow, who is recognized as one of Britain’s most trusted news anchors, and cannot be dismissed as a “conspiracy theorist”.

Snow also posed the question on his official Twitter page.

This country and its supposed great benefits has its dark side.

Denied knowledge

Following the height of the Cold War a Soviet defector, Vasily Mitrokhin, co-authored a book with the British historian Christopher Andrew in 2001 about the KGB’s activities in the West. However, the book’s explosive revelations about how deeply the KGB had infiltrated the Norwegian government meant that it was too sensitive to release.

“The publication was finished. He had free access to the Mitrokhin archive and the book arose from work on the archive. It was about a spy game in the far North,” said Dagbladet’s anonymous source.

As well as naming and shaming the convicted traitor Arne Treholt, who spent 8 years in prison for espionage, the book also names other Labour Party politicians and even the Foreign Ministry as KGB spies.

A multi-billion dollar vaccine deal funded by aid

The Advance Market Commitment (AMC) is an innovative health financing mechanism sponsored by four G8 governments - Italy, Canada, the United Kingdom, Russia - Norway and the Gates Foundation. Much of the discussion surrounding the design the AMC over the last few years has taken place behind closed doors. Development Today’s exclusive coverage has focused on the problem of the lack of transparency, how the mechanism will work, what it will achieve and what it will really cost.

Administered by GAVI, the AMC involves a USD 1.5 billion subsidy aimed at incentivising drug companies to invest in the production of vaccines for pneumococcal diseases, a major killer of children in the developing world. Four drug companies have so far expressed interest in joining the AMC, which will mean entering into a ten-year supply commitment with a maximum price per dose fixed by the donors. According to GAVI, the AMC will save 7 million lives by 2030, assuming vaccine manufacturers continue to supply pneumococcal vaccine for ten more years. The total cost of the AMC project will be much higher than the USD 1.5 billion subsidy with the rest of the costs to be covered by GAVI through funding from donors.

Development Today revealed that Norway played a crucial role in forcing down the vaccine price set by the AMC donors from USD 10 to USD 7 per dose, and we have tried to explore the implications of this 30 per cent drop in price.

Stoltenberg steps down from GAVI board
Dagfinn Høybråten, Head of the Christian Democratic Party (CDP), has replaced Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg on the Board of the GAVI Fund. Within CDP there has been scepticism to the GAVI vaccine alliance, but Høybråten tells Development Today that the party is now behind GAVI.

Arno Breker's 1939 neoclassical sculpture Die Partei (The Party), which flanked one of the entrances to the Albert Speer designed Reich Chancellery of the Third Reich, encapsulated the National Socialist ideals of the Aryan master race, with Die Partei as the physical embodiment of the spirit of the Nazi Party. • "One millionth Patent Application in US Date : 20 May 2010 Serco has recently processed the one millionth patent application for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) under a contract awarded in 2006. The Serco team has processed an average of 350,000 applications annually - or about 1,350 application on a typical day. After being awarded the contract in 2006, Serco built a virtually paperless classifications operation. The operation included establishing a secure facility and IT infrastructure, recruiting and training highly skilled staff, and implementing a set of automated tools that streamlined the classification process while minimizing errors. Under the contract the Serco team is required to identify the correct classification from more than 150,000 possible U.S. classifications and more than 70,000 international classifications. This is required while maintaining an accuracy rate of better than 95% and completing work within strict time limits. The facility located in Harrisonburg, Virginia employs more than 100 Serco and subcontractor employees. The team have received numerous performance incentives for exceeding the USPTO contract's requirements for accurate assignment of application classifications, achieving a 96% accuracy rate over the most recent 12 months."

• Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is a set of hardware, software, people, policies, and procedures needed to create, manage, distribute, use, store, and revoke digital certificates. In cryptography, a PKI is an arrangement that binds public keys with respective user identities by means of a certificate authority (CA). The user identity must be unique within each CA domain. The binding is established through the registration and issuance process, which, depending on the level of assurance the binding has, may be carried out by software at a CA, or under human supervision. The PKI role that assures this binding is called the Registration Authority (RA). The RA ensures that the public key is bound to the individual to which it is assigned in a way that ensures non-repudiation.

• The concepts and use of Public Key Infrastructure were discovered by British scientists in GCHQ in 1969 with Ellis. After the re-discovery and commercial use of PKI by Rivest, Shamir, Diffie and others, the British government considered releasing the records of GCHQ's successes in this field. However, the untimely publication of Spycatcher meant that the government once again issued a gag order and full details of GCHQ achievement were never revealed.

US and NATO intelligence have been shown to possess extraordinary capabilities inside Norway, many of which may be operating outside of the control of the Norwegian government. In early November 2010, the Oslo television channel TV2 exposed the existence of an extensive network of paid assets and informants of US intelligence recruited from the ranks of retired police and other officials. The ostensible goal of this program was the surveillance of Norwegians who were taking part in demonstrations and other activities critical of the United States and its policies. One of the Norwegians recruited was the former chief of the anti-terror section of the Oslo police.7 Although the goal was supposedly merely surveillance, it is possible to imagine some other and far more sinister activities that could be carried out by such a network of retired cops, including the identification and subversion of rotten apples on the active-duty police force. Some of the capabilities of a network of this type would not be totally alien to the sort of events that have just occurred in Norway.

The Holy Roman Empire was formally founded in the year 800 by Charlemagne, King of the Franks and Lombards, who revived the Imperial August Title of Roman Emperor in the West. According to Carolingian theory, the Roman Empire had merely been suspended, not ended, by the abdication of the last Roman Emperor Romulus Augustus in 476. On Christmas Day, In the year 800 AD Pope Leo III, Crowned Charlemagne Roman Emperor, in St.Peters, Rome, probably perceived more as a personal Imperial Title than as a reference to a particular Territorial Rule.

From the time of Otto's reign the Imperial office was based on the German Kingship. The German King, elected by the German Princes, automatically sought Imperial Coronation by the Pope, the Churchmen who crowned the Emperors, and thus actually sustained the Empire, considered it to be the Church's Secular arm, sharing responsibility for the welfare and spread of the Christian faith and duty-bound to protect the Papacy. This view of the relationship between Church and state, which dated from the reign of Roman Emperor Constantine I, was generally accepted by both Emperors and Popes. In practice, however, this partnership seldom worked smoothly, as one of the partners inevitably tried to dominate the other. Frequent fluctuations in the actual power and vitality of each individual as well as changes in the prevailing political and theological theories gave a fluid, dynamic quality to the empire's history.

During the French Revolutionary Wars the Empire was completely reorganized by the treaty of Lunéville (1801) and by action of the diet in 1803. The number of states was greatly reduced, and the remaining States were aggrandized at the expense of the petty Princedoms and Ecclesiastical Estates. In 1804, Holy Roman Emperor Francis II took the title Francis I, emperor of Austria, and after the establishment (1806) of the Confederation of the Rhine under Napoleon I, Francis renounced his Imperial Title as Holy Roman Emperor.

After the fall of Napoleon no attempt was made to restore the Empire, the Illegal suspension of the Empire by the Emperor Francis II, on the sixth of August, 1806, following the Emperors Abdication and formal Renunciation of the Imperial Title and Crown, for Himself, His Heirs and Descendants, laid both the Empire and Imperial Title dormant.

The Empire, has formally remained in a dormant State of Illegal suspension since the sixth of August, 1806 until the First of September 1999, when Karl von Deutschland, formally issued a Statutory Promulgated Proclamation in the form of Legal Deed of Patent Claim by the Instrument of Universal Public Proclamation open with certain Dimensions, an Act for which He formally Perpetuated the full resumption of the Old Empire, its Imperial Patrimony, Sovereign Rights, Prerogatives, Pretensions and Institutions etc., and thus formally Claimed, Pertained and Perpetuated the Formal Act of Instauration of the Imperial Sovereign Title, Electoral Office, Imperial Throne and Crown, for Himself, His Heirs and Descendants of His Body in Universal Perpetuity.

The Templars of the Crown

The governmental and judicial systems within the United States of America, at both federal and local state levels, is owned by the “Crown,” which is a private foreign power. Before jumping to conclusions about the Queen of England or the Royal Families of Britain owning the U.S.A., this is a different “Crown” and is fully exposed and explained below. We are specifically referencing the established Templar Church, known for centuries by the world as the “Crown.” From this point on, we will also refer to the Crown as the Crown Temple or Crown Templar, all three being synonymous.

First, a little historical background. The Temple Church was built by the Knights Templar in two parts: the Round and the Chancel. The Round Church was consecrated in 1185 and modeled after the circular Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem. The Chancel was built in 1240. The Temple Church serves both the Inner and Middle Temples (see below) and is located between Fleet Street and Victoria Embankment at the Thames River. Its grounds also house the Crown Offices at Crown Office Row. This Temple “Church” is outside any Canonical jurisdiction. The Master of the Temple is appointed and takes his place by sealed (non-public) patent, without induction or institution.

All licensed Bar Attorneys - Attorners (see definitions below) – in the U.S. owe their allegiance and give their solemn oath in pledge to the Crown Temple, realizing this or not. This is simply due to the fact that all Bar Associations throughout the world are signatories and franchises to the international Bar Association located at the Inns of Court at Crown Temple, which are physically located at Chancery Lane behind Fleet Street in London. Although they vehemently deny it, all Bar Associations in the U.S., such as the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar, or California Bar Association, are franchises to the Crown.

The Inns of Court (see below, The Four Inns of Court) to the Crown Temple use the Banking and Judicial system of the City of London - a sovereign and independent territory which is not a part of Great Britain (just as Washington City, as DC was called in the 1800’s, is not a part of the north American states, nor is it a state) to defraud, coerce, and manipulate the American people. These Fleet Street bankers and lawyers are committing crimes in America under the guise and color of law (see definitions for legal and lawful below). They are known collectively as the “Crown.” Their lawyers are actually Templar Bar Attornies, not lawyers.

The present Queen of England is not the “Crown,” as we have all been led to believe. Rather, it is the Bankers and Attornies (Attorneys) who are the actual Crown or Crown Temple. The Monarch aristocrats of England have not been ruling sovereigns since the reign of King John, circa 1215. All royal sovereignty of the old British Crown since that time has passed to the Crown Temple in Chancery.

The U.S.A. is not the free and sovereign nation that our federal government tells us it is. If this were true, we would not be dictated to by the Crown Temple through its bankers and attornies. The U.S.A. is controlled and manipulated by this private foreign power and our unlawful Federal U.S. Government is their pawn broker. The bankers and Bar Attorneys in the U.S.A. are a franchise in oath and allegiance to the Crown at Chancery - the Crown Temple Church and its Chancel located at Chancery Lane - a manipulative body of elite bankers and attorners from the independent City of London who violate the law in America by imposing fraudulent “legal” - but totally unlawful - contracts on the American people. The banks Rule the Temple Church and the Attorners carry out their Orders by controlling their victim’s judiciary.

Since the first Chancel of the Temple Church was built by the Knights Templar, this is not a new ruling system by any means. The Chancel, or Chancery, of the Crown Inner Temple Court was where King John was, in January 1215, when the English barons demanded that he confirm the rights enshrined in the Magna Carta. This City of London Temple was the headquarters of the Templar Knights in Great Britain where Order and Rule were first made, which became known as Code. Remember all these terms, such as Crown, Temple, Templar, Knight, Chancel, Chancery, Court, Code, Order and Rule as we tie together their origins with the present American Temple Bar system of thievery by equity (chancery) contracts.

By what authority has the “Crown” usurped the natural sovereignty of the American people? Is it acceptable that the U.S. Supreme Court decides constitutional issues in the U.S.A? How can it be considered in any manner as being “constitutional” when this same Supreme Court is appointed by (not elected) and paid by the Federal U.S. Government? As you will soon see, the land called North America belongs to the Crown Temple.

The legal system (judiciary) of the U.S.A. is controlled by the Crown Temple from the independent and sovereign City of London. The private Federal Reserve System, which issues fiat U.S. Federal Reserve Notes, is financially owned and controlled by the Crown from Switzerland, the home and legal origin for the charters of the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund, the World Trade Organization, and most importantly, the Bank of International Settlements. Even Hitler respected his Crown bankers by not bombing Switzerland. The Bank of International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland controls all the central banks of the G7 nations. He who controls the gold rules the world.

Neither the American people nor the Queen of Britain own America. The Crown Temple owns America through the deception of those who have sworn their allegiance by oath to the Middle Templar Bar. The Crown Bankers and their Middle Templar Attornies Rule America through unlawful contracts, unlawful taxes, and contract documents of false equity through debt deceit, all strictly enforced by their completely unlawful, but “legal”, Orders, Rules and Codes of the Crown Temple Courts, our so-called “judiciary” in America. This is because the Crown Temple holds the land titles and estate deeds to all of North America.

The Fiscal Agents of Mystery Babylon

Since its beginnings, the Temple Church at the City of London has been a Knight Templar secret society. It was built and established by the same Temple Knights who were given their Rule and Order by the Roman Pope. It’s very important to know how the British Royal Crown was placed into the hands of the Knights Templars, and how the Crown Templars became the fiscal and military agents for the Pope of the Roman Church.

This all becomes very clear through the Concession Of England To The Pope on May 15, 1213............................

Americans were fooled into believing that the legal Crown Colonies comprising New England were independent nation states, but they never were nor are today. They were and still are Colonies of the Crown Temple, through letters patent and charters, who have no legal authority to be independent from the Rule and Order of the Crown Temple. A legal State is a Crown Temple Colony.

Neither the American people nor the Queen of Britain own America. The Crown Temple owns America through the deception of those who have sworn their allegiance by oath to the Middle Templar Bar. The biggest lie is what the Crown and its agents refer to as “the rule of law”. In reality, it is not about law at all, but solely about the Crown Rule of all nations. For example, just read what President Bush stated on November 13, 2001, regarding the “rule of law:”

Norway Premier “Begged” Putin To Stop Massacre Planned By “Elites”

• Breivik "at the island was probably there to kill [speculation] (Labour Party) prime minister (Jens Stoltenberg) who (wasn't at Utoeya island) for some reason. The message to Norway is do what we tell you to do or we'll put a bomb in the middle of your city (as) payback from the banks...."

Eurosceptisim is on the rise across the contintent, which is why the neo-liberal elite are busy implying that people who oppose being ruled by an unelected, unaccountable, Soviet-style buearacratic tyranny are in league with Norwegian mass murderer Anders Behring Breivik.

As an example, the fact that Breivik e-mailed the True Finns party hours before him rampage has somehow been offered as proof that the conservative True Finns bear some of the responsibility for the massacre. This would be like blaming John Lennon and Paul McCartney for the Manson family murders.

In reality, the EU’s crass rush to exploit last week’s tragedy has little to do with stopping the next Breivik and a lot to do with stifling criticism of its own institution.
