i agree with your interpretation flames , there is much not known in public about the ingestion of many plants and there are probably few people in the world who have old knowledge about such things

his protocols are if you want to be a professional at being alive. like have the health that is 10.1 out of 10 at all possible times. im sure it feels great, but i dont have the resources to keep that pace. im going to eat commercial ice cream rarely, and im not going to take measures like a colon cleanse just because i slipped a little bit with my food habits.

i believe i eat better than the majority i make vegetable smoothies daily, like joe rogan the guy i called out LOL (and still question) and thats good enough for me.

I should admit that my previous post about Dr. Mercola was a bit extreme. I have certainly gained a lot of insight from his articles. My response was mostly influenced by several days of my inbox being flooded with many of his "this will kill you, here's my solution...and products."

I've looked into many of his products, and have quickly been surprised at just how expensive they are.

For the first time, I began to wonder just how much Dr. M. is concerned about "optimal health" vs. selling his products. Either way, he has a right to do whatever he wants. My moods at the time of that post was more about venting all of the fear information out there, not just Dr. M, alone.

I get a little OCD sometimes about health and nutrition information. There's a lot of information out there to take in, and many problems with applying that information into our daily lives, in a practical basis..

Often during the spring/summer months here in florida, there is this truck that drives around the neighborhood spraying wetf kind of anti-mosquito spray. You can hear it as it approaches the block and I try to close up my windows as soon as possible. What I don't get is that it never really seems to lessen the mosquito population. Citronella oil has always done a much better job and I dilute the oil with a carrier oil and rub it on mine and my dogs exterior when they are particularly thick. Yet still, here rolls around this sprayer, which seems so ineffective but a regular visitor.

You're right about Freud reducing mankind to the animal (beast) level, which by the way is the same term that high level Satanists refer to in regard to human beings.

It's interesting to think about the fact that Jung was studying what he coined as "collective consciousness." Of course a man like Freud would never be able to pick up on this, if indeed he was a psychopath or was persuaded by someone higher up in the pyramid.

Read about the Rawsome arrests and raids, and the amounts for bail exceeding those of a rapist or murderer. It's as backwards as it can get. They (the people at rawsome or any other organic local producer/seller) could have prepared themselves for the legal actions taken against them as TgII said. Maybe they are trying to make a point, but what a price to pay. I read somewhere someone suggesting to label the raw milk as "dog food" or instead of selling, a donation or 'gift' without the expectation of exchange.

Hi quicksilvercrescendo, hope your little ones are feeling better. I give my little one cod liver oil and they are holding up well enough. Sadly they don't get enough raw milk for their probiotics, which make antibiotics in the gut.
When I wasn't under so much stress I never got sick. It's amazing what the mental part of ourselves can do. My awareness and lifeforce slowly go down the drain when I stopped meditating. Now I depend on vitamin C and medicinal mushrooms and such...and I appreciate everything more and more.

Instead of the mental part, I started focusing on the physical alot and working out, strength exercises and swimming. Have you or do you currently do any body exercises Blackbird or something with your body. If you like to dance, maybe do more of that? I would highly recommend something in those lines. I'm so happy that almost everyone here has their own regimen.
