Blackbird I try not to watch the news ever. But I recently did and there was this whole panel explaining the efforts and all that they are doing in Haiti. And wow, I realized that is the testing grounds and preparation experiments for what is about to take place later!
I think most of what happens is planned anyway, tribulations are coming out.

It's as if people are trying so hard to help life and so many hardships, but they are going to die anyway. And then get so caught up in the goings on and forget the bigger picture.

And then Event Horizon........I feel so much hopelessness. It's the beginning of the end.

p.s. So they are uhhhhhh....finally........cracking down on the drug cartel in the gulf of mexico, lol, yeah right what a lie, they own and control the drug cartel!!!

The moon: what a topic; it's hollow? Was it placed where
it's at?

The anomalies are thought provoking, that's for sure.

nickor, good to hear from you. TG here.

judicial-inc.biz was shut down because it's only 80
percent correct; people really don't understand where
this is all going and the people at judical-inc.biz didn't
seem to care. Haven't checked their site in over a year
until you mentioned it now.

In fact, just today I went over to MSTAR Forum but it's not
open to the general public.

Never heard of metapedia so can't comment. Lost me on
the Hitler connection.

Those blogs deserved to get shut down; in my eyes just
plain theft.

Nothing is free. Somebody had to work to put inform-
ation/knowledge out here in all this subspace chatter; they
deserve an income. In my own case I pay 27USD/month for
an excellent site packed full of practical onsights on how to
'jump ship', well worth it.

The internet will not be free for much longer so enjoy it while
you can.

Might this whole wikileaks scandal actually be about the military putting out disinformation about EVERYTHING that is really going on in Afghanistan?
Was thinking to same thing. Found some other interesting going ons. There is this info circulating now, and getting popular, main source the DailyMail in UK.

More than 100 planets that are a similar size to Earth have been discovered in just the past few weeks, it has been announced.

The discovery was made by the space telescope Kepler which has been scanning the skies for planets that are orbiting stars since it was launched in January last year.

The breakthrough raises the tantalising prospect that we may not be alone in the Universe.

Scientists now believe that there are likely to be around 100 million planets in the Milky Way that harbour exactly the right conditions for life.

And they expect to be able to identify around 60 of these habitable Earth-like planets within the next two years.

Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-1296841/More-100-Earth-like-planets-just-past-weeks.html#ixzz0ulg4MmHW
Despite overzealous news headlines this week, NASA's Kepler spacecraft has not indentified more than 100 Earth-like planets in the galaxy.

The planet-hunting telescope, launched in April 2009, has so far confirmed only five alien planets beyond the solar system, mission scientists told SPACE.com.

The erroneous reports of new planets were generated in response to a recent videotaped speech Kepler co-investigator Dimitar Sasselov gave at a TED (Technology Entertainment and Design) conference in July.

"More than 100 'Earth-like' planets discovered in past few weeks," read the headline of a Wednesday article in the U.K.'s Daily Mail newspaper. The Observer, another U.K. paper, also reported the finding.

However, Sasselov was referencing only possible planets among the Kepler data, scientists said.
http://news.yahoo.com/s/space/20100722/sc_space/claimsof100earthlikeplanetsnottrue

Turns out it is major disinfo put out by media concerning a recent videotaped speech by a Kepler co-investigator Dimitar Sasselov.

So I did some of my own research and found this....................

750 Planetary Candidates from Kepler

June 15, 2010

The release of the first 43 days of Kepler data has demonstrated just how powerful a planet-hunting technology we’ve put into space. Listen to principal investigator William Borucki (NASA Ames) in a video released yesterday by
NASA television:

“We’re releasing data on 156,000 stars that we’ve been monitoring with the Kepler mission for 43 days, the first dataset. In these data are some 750 planetary candidates. Some of those are actual planets, some are false positives. Our science team is looking at 400 of those candidates with ground-based telescopes, to figure out which are planets, which aren’t.”

Borucki assumes about fifty percent of the candidates will be false positives, eclipsing binary stars, starspots, or other misleading signals. Now it’s in the hands of ground-based telescopes in the Canary Islands, Texas, Arizona and Hawaii to comb through these findings to make the call. The team is also releasing the data for the remaining 350 candidates to the world community of astronomers to assist with the analysis.
Addendum: The video mentioned above (explaining this information) has suddenly gone private (taken down on the internet). I don’t know why, but will hope to post it again when it reverts to public access.

I wonder if the disappearance of the video is anything to do with the frankly bizarre situation where NASA HQ is apparently ordering no discussion about the exoplanet candidates until the papers have been peer reviewed, despite the fact that the papers are now publically accessible.

How SMD can expect people to ignore papers that announce preliminary findings about a large number of newly-identified planets circling other stars simply baffles me. If SMD does not want people to read their papers before they are reviewed, etc. then they should not be posting them on a publicly accessible abstract website for all the world to see.

Keith's 3:00 pm EDT note: Curiously there is no mention whatsoever of this data release at NASA ARC's homepage or on NASA.gov's Kepler mission home page. Its not as if they did not have advanced notice that this data was being released. These papers were posted on astro-ph last night around midnight. Maybe PAO doesn't know that they are online.

On Tuesday, astronomers operating NASA's Kepler spacecraft will release a list of about 350 stars newly suspected of harboring planets, including five systems with multiple candidate planets. That data could dramatically swell the inventory of alien worlds, which now stands at 461, none of them habitable by the likes of us. ... But a lot of attention has been paid in astronomical circles over the past few months to what the Kepler team will not be saying. By agreement with NASA, the team is holding back data on its 400 brightest and best planet candidates, which the astronomers intend to observe themselves over abusy summer. ... The result has been a shift in the balance between the duty of a scientist to wring every last drop of truth and credibility out of the data he or she might have spent years gathering and the rights of the rest of us to know what our tax dollars have discovered."

Click on website above to read papers.

So what's going on. Another revealing to the media. What they put out on wikilinks is no leaks, it's put there on purpose as what happened here by the people controlling it all.
This one here is about disclosure time. They probably will say soon it's just not life on those planets, but where these nephilim possibly may live. And will be coming out with a movie about the return of the Nephilim.
Don't know if the rulers rulers are coming back. If the government say the aliens will be bad, they may actually be good. But then they can say once the aliens are here, they are very powerful and we are scared of them, so let's all do as they tell, meaning the government and aliens are in cohort.

Flames, pretty sick, no, and it's only going to get worse.

If Dope Inc., that would be the British, want their heroin so bad,
let them go defend the poppy fields. I think the American
military is starting to have their doubts.

Time magazine putting the picture of the girl with her nose ripped
off (maybe a fucking dog or a psycho husband bit it off) on the
cover of the August 1, 2010 issue is crude propaganda; Eddie
Bernays would be exhilarated.

The US has been killing people over there now for nine years and
their patience and ability to maintain rotations is wearing on them.

Did you even know that the DEA is in Afghanistan doing exactly
what they've done in America: destroy people's lives, drive the
price of a plant (marijuana) through the roof, force ruthless
competition between drug gangs, and fund a huge bureaucracy.
The DEA is actually "Destroying Eastern Afghanistan." It is just
appalling; watch this shit. In the beginning the DEA agent has the
interpreter tell these poor dirt farmers "this is a police action." Does
anyone seriously think those people who have been brutalized for
forty years really understand a fucking 'police action?'

All kinds of signals are being sent out the United States might be
attempting to take down Pakistan now; anyone notice the Blue Air
Pakistan aircraft with one-hundred and some passengers on it
crashed the other day? That was a warning: fuck with us and we'll
come after you.

Go read the transcript of an interview posted at my blog called
particepts criminus (party to the crime). In this interview it explains
exactly why every American is guilty.

All Americans, every single one of them are guilty of this and
this interview explains it very succinctly.

While I was trying to 'find myself' yesterday afternoon, I came
across this news related to the previous post about war in
Afghanistan and what might be a continuation of that war into
Pakistan.

So, the "Destroying Eastern Afghanistan" (DEA) taking down
dirt poor Afghan farmers trying to survive while Chicago has
the highest use of heroin in American. Not to mention the fact
that America/s consume 54.6 percent of the world's cocaine
production.

  • Suburbia's heroin addiction

A study says the Chicago region leads the country in abuse of the drug. We talk to an addict, a cop, a grieving mother, a landlord and a survivor fighting to stay clean

If you want to understand why Chicago has the nation's most severe heroin problem, drop by a small West Side office that's right at the epicenter.

It's a clinic run by the University of Illinois at Chicago that offers clean syringes, HIV tests and other services to those buying $10 baggies of dope on the drug-soaked streets nearby. Some of its patrons are old-timers, weary and bedraggled, their forearms misshapen with the knots and abscesses from years of shooting up. When you imagine an addict, they're probably what comes to mind.

But most who pass through the door are startlingly young: suburban teens and 20-somethings whose dalliance with the drug quickly became a consuming obsession.
    http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/ct-met-heroin-intro-20100731,0,1128946.story

Don't you just have to wonder how all this heroin is getting
into Chicago, i.e., routes, profits, banking, money laundering;
where the cash flows and this sort of thing?

The video shows a Barrett WAM 7 DOFs manipulator learning to flip pancakes by reinforcement learning.

The motion is encoded in a mixture of basis force fields through an extension of Dynamic Movement Primitives (DMP) that represents the synergies across the different variables through stiffness matrices. An Inverse Dynamics controller with variable stiffness is used for reproduction.

The skill is first demonstrated via kinesthetic teaching, and then refined by Policy learning by Weighting Exploration with the Returns (PoWER) algorithm. Compared to policy-gradient approaches, the reward is treated as a pseudo-probability, which allows Reinforcement Learning to use probabilistic estimation methods such as Expectation-Maximization (EM).

After 50 trials, the robot learns that the first part of the task requires a stiff behavior to throw the pancake in the air, while the second part requires the hand to be compliant in order to catch the pancake without having it bounced off the pan.

I can only imagine, hey Kapis, but you only get one shot
at it before you run into frustration while the robot here here
had ten tries before it remembered anything.
