Human Error Blamed for Crediting New Stimulus Jobs to Nonexistent Places

Here's a stimulus success story: In Arizona's 15th congressional district, 30 jobs have been saved or created with just $761,420 in federal stimulus spending. At least that's what the Web site set up by the Obama administration to track the $787 billion stimulus says.

There's one problem, though: There is no 15th congressional district in Arizona; the state has only eight districts.

And ABC News has found many more entries for projects like this in places that are incorrectly identified.

Late Monday, officials with the Recovery Board created to track the stimulus spending, said the mistakes in crediting nonexistent congressional districts were caused by human error.

"We report what the recipients submit to us," said Ed Pound, Communications Director for the Board.

Pound told ABC News the board receives declarations from the recipients - state governments, federal agencies and universities - of stimulus money about what program is being funded.

"Some recipients clearly don't know what congressional district they live in, so they appear to be just throwing in any number. We expected all along that recipients would make mistakes on their congressional districts, on jobs numbers, on award amounts, and so on. Human beings make mistakes," Pound said.

The issue has raised hackles on Capitol Hill.

Rep. David Obey, D-Wisc, who chairs the powerful House appropriations Committee, issued a paper statement demanding that the recovery.gov Web site be updated.

"The inaccuracies on recovery.gov that have come to light are outrageous and the Administration owes itself, the Congress, and every American a commitment to work night and day to correct the ludicrous mistakes."

After looking at the video above of the "Russians ignoring Obama's
extended hand", I've concluded that's not actually what transpired
as much as I get the feeling people who interpreted this event
wanted it to be an actual brushing off of Obama.

Look carefully, if you have to replay it until you do, Obama was

Nothing is written in stone.
But these things happen in increments and over time.
2 years is the shortest amount of time this could occur, but could be extended over a five, or a ten year period.
But history follows the cycles of nature. And history indicates consistently that man-made empires decline or experience a major collapse after a 200-250 year existence since their inception. It would seem, by appearances, that the U.S. is not immune from this historical/societal trend and is now in and heading toward this inevitability.

The quick decline and elimination of the U.S. dollar.

The U.S. debt and the discontinued use of the dollar to buy and sell crude oil will cause it to decline in confidence and value leading to hyper-inflation and the eventual total collapse of the dollar. The end of the dollar as the world's reserve currency. All currencies will suffer to some degree resultant of the dollar's fall, but those other foreign currencies will recover quickly as those nations will cooperate with one another to help with the transition distancing themselves from the falling U.S. dollar. Other G8 nations that hold U.S. debt are now no longer going to do so and are requesting payment for their investments in U.S. bond instruments, and they are only accepting this payment in the form of physical gold. And these shipments have already begun to take place. Thus indicating the importance of gold over currency and that the other G8 nations are making preparations for the U.S. collapse and to continue doing business without reliance upon the U.S.

The stock markets will continue to rise, but only to eventually crash and leave all those invested in the market at an extreme loss. All paper investments are to be regarded as unreliable and a way that the corrupt elite fleece the middle class from their money.

Commodities and "real" investments will be the place to be invested. Paper investments of all kinds are debt instruments that cannot be considered reliable during such a collapse of the dollar. Gold, silver and crude oil will go up in value. Food, clothing, shelter and the basic items for living will be the most valuable to have and these are only valuable if you have access to them when needed and they are in your possession. Your house and car have certificates of title. But they are not the actual title themselves, but pieces of paper representing that their is an actual title on file somewhere. Your certificate of title only has the color of law of ownership. Try not paying your property taxes and see what happens to the supposed ownership of your land or home. Try driving your car without a registration or license plate and see what happens to the supposed ownership of your car. Most states won't even allow you to get the manufactures statement of creation/manufacture on your vehicle which would be necessary to establish your true ownership over the machine. It is important to truly know what you do own, what is truly yours and what cannot be taken away, or how to keep what is yours when someone attempts to take it from you.

Regarding gold.
It is to be used as a hedge against inflation and a store of wealth in an economy who's currency and paper assets are declining and even...dying. Gold should always be in your physical possession, but not stored in a bank or safety deposit box. There were laws made during the Great Depression that can be activated and enforced anytime where your gold can be "called-in" and confiscated. You would then get lowered-to-zero-valued dollars in return for your gold. An IRS agent would actually be required to be present when you go to open your safe deposit box and could search and confiscate any gold you have once this law was enforced. And the ownership of your gold would now be considered a crime with $10,000 fines for each offense and potential prison sentences. Your gold purchases and holdings should be private and protected as much as possible. Silver can be helpful here because the law does not apply to silver and other precious metals. Also, when you buy ingots or bullion of gold you must wait for an assay of authenticity when trying to cash it in or use it for a transaction. This downtime makes it less-liquid and could hamper its use in transactions when you really need it. This is where coin can be more useful, as they would not be subject to testing for authenticity like ingots or bullion. As coins are more authenticated by their very minted form against counterfeiting. And in times of great economic stress, low weight/denomination coins of gold and silver could be used as a form of currency. Thus 1/4, 1/2 and 1 ounce coins on-hand could be most useful. But should the government activate an already existent law making it illegal to own and use gold, then leaving the country with your store of wealth may be necessary to protect what you have and re-establish a financial foundation in your life...elsewhere.

Expect, in two years, for gasoline to be $8 a gallon.

Heightened middle-east tensions and another war will be likely, thus only cementing all other points concerning this predicted next 2-5 year economic timeline. With the weakening of the U.S. domestic economy, war will be one of the few options left to perpetuate the survival of a wounded, bleeding and near-death nation. This will foment more anti-American sentiment amongst other nations in the international community, as this reputation has already been hurt by the employment of unlawful detainment and torture of terror suspects without trial.

Unemployment, pay cuts and downsizing will continue to rise to record levels. Look for private sector companies and jobs/occupations to shut down. There will be nationalization/federalization of job sectors followed by massive migration of individuals into government-run jobs and employment with more people working for the government as a safe haven.

Increased bankruptcies and homelessness. This too will enable the government to provide public housing projects for increasing numbers of impoverished individuals. It is here that these government services will also generate jobs, as will internment facilities, prisons, homeland security, FEMA, policing, security and military jobs. Look for a incremental increase in crime and eventual congealing of impoverished people into gang-type groups as survival is more assured when tribes and groups are established. This, unfortunately, will tend to follow human nature and people will identify with groups based primarily upon race. Look for racial tensions and even rioting to be a likely possibility. Living in cities and high population centers would be high risk in this regard. And it would also be to one's advantage to move out of population centers and begin to adopt a lifestyle where one can be more self-sufficient in one's life.

One must consider that there are at least 7 million illegal Mexicans in the U.S. Some estimates put the number at 15 million, others as high as 30 million. Not that immigration is wrong, but these are illegals who many work in the U.S. and don't pay taxes or collect welfare. Now when economic times get hard you will have Mexicans, blacks and whites begin to naturally form racial groups to protect their own kind and interests.
And you will have a rise in groups amongst all racial/ethnic varieties now becoming more militant in their operations. La Raza Aztlan, La Eme, La Familia and Mara Salvatrucha (or MS-13) are just a small taste of things to come, particularly when you have blacks and whites now forming their own groups out of sheer survival in numbers.

The implementation of the global government by bringing down economies to force people to accept global governance by the global trade zones/unions, the United Nations, The World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. The IMF currently uses "Special Drawing Rights" as the precursor form of a global currency. And a global currency and a cashless society is the goal. No cash means no black market and no freedom to use money as you wish. All income, taxes and transactions will be totally recorded and tracked in a cashless system where you now earn "digits or units" rather than anything tangible to deal with. Along with total government control by non-elected officials/authorities over the purposefully financially diminished global worker/serf/wage slaves.

The Green Movement, global warming pseudo-science spearheaded by Al Gore and the carbon tax is just another scam to pass draconian laws of control, shut down financial independence and separate you from your hard earned income. Al Gore's personal home, or mansion, uses more electricity than 20 average U.S. homes. And after he made his mansion "Green" and more energy efficient, it actually was using more energy that before he made these changes. He owns a major company that will provide carbon credits to supposedly protect the environment...he will profit from the tax...a severe conflict of interest for someone who is presenting the supposed "science" behind the need for the tax and credits to save the environment.

The NWO or New World Order is a reality and its formation is now being accelerated in these times.
The hierarchy of countries as global economic and military superpowers will be...

UK/England (banking and finance)
Germany (engineering, technology, industry)
Brussels (governing)
France (cultural, financial)
(All four of these components of the EU)

There are the unions or trade zones already established in the world. It is just a matter of bringing all the elements together without triggering resistance using the gradual stepping-stones approach.
The United States will be ranked under these countries and will be approaching 2nd or 3rd world status as it collapses.

In this weakened state and with America's deservedly soiled international reputation, the worst-case scenario would then end with a military move and occupation of the United States by foreign forces. More than likely, a Sino-Soviet-Muslim invasion force coming down through the Alaskan/Canadian borders and up through Cuba and Mexico.

A few things to think about. When you observe the media news and even the Hollywood movies and television, begin to look for prophetic tellings of these events. As it seems much of today's fiction actually becomes tomorrow's fact.
