Huge and very complex topic to understand, Haudenosaunee, and
not understanding this subject has caused a lot of people to end
up in jail.
There are too many sites with information I doubt the veracity of,
however, I have been looking at the understanding of the concept
of "Freemen on the land" as understood by Robert-Arthur Menard
who gives a seminar on the illusion of the person, what words in
law mean, consent, acceptance, honor & dishonor, Bills of
Exchange, and a lot more.
His seminar is highly relevant about just how the powers that be
govern over us and what relief we actually have.
If you go to Youtube all of Robert-Arthur Menard's lectures are
available. Probably off Google video as well if you are interested
in viewing. Here's Part One:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y3SLwp_2bHg&feature=PlayList&p=90A2F21EBB3BA62F&index=1
In one lecture/seminar given by Robert-Arthur Menard, he mentioned
Elizabeth Croft who has been interviewed on Red Ice Creations.
She also understands these concepts very well and has been at
lectures given by Robert-Arthur Menard.
This is the first part of Elizabeth Croft's series called How I Clobbered
Every Bureaucratic Cash-Confiscatory Agency Known to Man:
John Harris has also been discussing this subject as well. His site
with video lectures can be found at:
http://www.tpuc.org/node/558
My suggestion would be not to go at this by yourself, as one person
said recently, "find a knowledgeable 'wing man' and go at this in
teams", after first doing a lot of preparatory studying and research.
Right now, I am in contact with a business owner who attended a
meeting supposedly set up to initiate a Continental Congress based
on this concept of "Freeman on the land", unknown to him this
particular meeting was infiltrated with power elites who tried to
have him arrested. Caution when you start flirting with these laws.
This insidious commerce game is destroying our lives. Haudenosaunee,
maybe this thread could be devoted to study?
For some reason the forum won't allow me to embed two videos
so for now I put the link only to Robert-Arthur Menard's video above.

A friend and I were going to do some steps together to get our freeman on the land personages started, but this and that reason got in the way.
Basically the concept is very simple, but the particulars are confusing and important if youre hoping to sneak out of legal trouble. A lot of people try to get onto this subject because they had a bad traffic ticket and they become these fairweather believers. But once this pending discomfort is out of the way, theres no real need for them to pursue and become a master of finding remedy anymore. not many people take any subject to lengths to become pro at it, once these things are out of the way one way or another, the way you live your life doesnt actually hurt you by being an aggregate corporation, considered as salvage under maritime admirality law, etc etc.
cause if youre not upsetting the lawmakers, you are you basically. and you'd actually have to be self sufficient, which is not neccessarily a matter of laziness of people to just work a job using their SIN/SSN, but how many people actually have talents to leave the normal world and do something entrepreneur-like? most people are just...breathers. and dont have a talent of any kind. it doesnt mean that they're worth shit inherently or anything but it means you cant just become a freeman on the land, cause you still have to eat. you're still under threat. one false move in court cause you dont have a masters understanding of the shit, and you're toast. or someone breaking down under threat from the state and falling victim to coercion and they're toast.
its a huge commitment to make.
also regarding menard and croft. Ive always found it weird how they christian-ized the freeman movement.
theres actually others too who have christian-ized it. many others in fact......
this one guy who stressed the importance of addressing yourself as "I go by the name, so and so".
the whole thing reaks of a certain infiltration. but i will say, getting your indemnity bond setup becoming a corporation sole is a very secure place to be probably, provided you're not targeted for harassment.

HighNoon, there is a reason for this and if I can find the document I'll post it.
When using these 'Freeman on the Land' concepts and if you are brought into
a court of equity (all laws are based on commerce) there is a statement read
before the court and the judge recusing the 'freeman' of any 'crime.'
This document makes reference to 'Jesus Christ.' Hold on a moment before
anyone goes into apoplectic rage before taking the time to comprehend what
exactly is at issue here.
As soon as I locate the interview and document I will try to post.

Judge Alex Kozinski: The Fourth Amendment is Gone. “Welcome to the fish bowl.”

Last week the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals denied an en banc rehearing of the case United States v. Lemus, which dealt with a warrantless police search of a suspect’s home after he was arrested outside of it. As a result of the 9th Circuit’s denial, the search will stand, which has left Chief Judge Alex Kozinski none too happy. In dissent, Kozinksi basically accused his colleagues of abandoning the Fourth Amendment:
This is an extraordinary case: Our court approves, without blinking, a police sweep of a person’s home without a warrant, without probable cause, without reasonable suspicion and without exigency—in other words, with nothing at all to support the entry except the curiosity police always have about what they might find if they go rummaging around a suspect’s home. Once inside, the police managed to turn up a gun “in plain view”—stuck between two cushions of the living room couch—and we reward them by upholding the search.
Did I mention that this was an entry into somebody’s home, the place where the protections of the Fourth Amendment are supposedly at their zenith?…
The opinion misapplies Supreme Court precedent, conflicts with our own case law and is contrary to the great weight of authority in the other circuits. It is also the only case I know of, in any jurisdiction covered by the Fourth Amendment, where invasion of the home has been approved based on no showing whatsoever. Nada. Gar nichts. Rien du tout. Bupkes.
Whatever may have been left of the Fourth Amendment after [United States v. Black] is now gone. The evisceration of this crucial constitutional protector of the sanctity and privacy of what Americans consider their castles is pretty much complete. Welcome to the fish bowl.

Show 32 -12.24.09 Podcast
I like that host , he has a wide bandwidth of understanding , and is not quick to close down others ideas, on the first 20 minutes of that show , before he gets to the anton wilson part , hes musing on how psyches promote or fixate on certain criteria
I also checked out the pat mcgooan 1977 podcast on the prisoner series .
Mcgooan did a miracle by getting that series out back then, it was the direct opposition to the romance of hollywood goodies badies formula, and its central philosophical crystalisation regarding modern mans psyche is still beyond most peoples comprehension even today

Does anyone know the difference between let's say this name:
JOHNNY G. CORPORATION
...and this name:
Johnny G. Corporation?
First, a game of Monopoly, because that's what commerce is,
a game.
Ready to play, then first we need a clear concise and honest
definition of Capitis Deminutio. If you play a game
in order to understand how it is played rules must be read, or
do they?
Capitis Deminutio was a term used in Roman trials and
referred to the extinguishing, either in whole or in part,
of a person's former legal capacity.
In the game of commerce, or in our example Monopoly, the
term Capitis Deminutio (meaning the diminishing of status through
the use of capitalization) in Roman Law. A diminishing or abridgment
of personality; a loss or curtailment of a man's status or aggregate
of legal attributes and qualifications.
Capitis Deminutio Maximus status is a loss of your rights in commerce.
Now, if you want to play the game of Monopoly (commerce), you will
need a token like the tokens used in the game of Monopoly like my
favorite the hat token:
If you want to play the game of commerce (Monopoly) you will
need a token, and that token would be the name given above at
the beginning of this post called a:
Are you ready to play? Are you sure? Then you will need some
money:
The purpose of playing the game Monopoly is to bankrupt
your opponents. The purpose of playing the game of
commerce is to bankrupt you. If you use this absolutely
worthless paper as tokens do you ever expect to 'win?'
Why do you use it?
Note: Not all game players can play in the same way; each player
must decide what is best for themselves since the 'game' is
not equal nor is it fair in the game of Monopoly (commerce).

Re: -
27$ does sound a little rapacious especially since so many
are under the mistaken impression if it's on the internet it
should be free.
It takes years to research this information and is very complex.
The Informer who I have discussed on this board has done forty
years of research and charges approx. 250$ for all of his work.
Suspicious? Dunno about that but his work does correspond
very closely with several other researchers.
The Tea Party movement isn't going anywhere and if people are
relying on the Constitution to 'save' them from corporate
depredations they are sorely mistaken, in fact, if you use the
Constitution in any court case you are going to loose because
judges have authority over it and are protected from prosecution.
We serve the corporate structures of the City of London.
