Here is my Personal speculation , which is pure speculation on my side with some tip to historical reports
i think there is an international occult society containing ancient aristocratic bloodline and their global offshoots along with occassional modern billionaire entrepreneurs that paint the correct dots on their rise to fit into such a supremely clandestine society seeding from mainly old europe and utilising ancient rosicrucian / luciferic / masonic ritual and knowledge as a base but not distintly those as this group is constantly updating ritual and knowledge by direct channelled contact with non-physical entity of which no public knowledge exists

This group are unanimous in creating a one world society and they believe that they are acting in the best interests of humankind , however , whenever contact and channeling of non-physical entity is activated, there is potential for corruption , they believe in controlled war for a greater good (perfect vessel for corruption there ) who can say at any particular time, if this group have really considered all the pluses and minuses, or indeed if this group are no longer a group in the decision making sense and are more obeying orders from something that is not quite clarified nor investigated , just obeyed through channelled and decrypted messages from ritualised spirit contacts from what they believe is from the source of their god, then theoretically discussed and given practical implication and logistical possibilities by the group then distilled into human world function through their various international assets
