Noticed that John Coleman book on Tavistock and human relations
when it first came out, decided not to get it because I figured
that end of my understanding was fairly well clear in my mind.

Every thing with the exception of how Israel was invented, now it
becomes all the more clear:

To read how Tavistock Invented Israel

How does this quote below correspond with the above book by
John Coleman, particularly the part about Tavistock "conducting
psychological studies...to better formulate public opinion
?"

TAVISTOCK

In order to promote war in Europe in the early years of the 20th century, a group of Rothschild-affiliated News Barons and oligarchs, under the direction of Lord Rothmere (who would later be diagnosed as a megalomaniac), began to conduct psychological studies to better develop the propagandistic use of the press in formulating “public opinion”, and accept the notion that war with Germany was necessary in order “to secure a lasting peace.”

So, has your opinion been formulated in a psych lab, a synthesized
opinion about Israel, but not only Israel, anything else you may hold
an opinion about?

i had not taken on board that uk had abstained in the vote ... but they were the trojan horse Evil or Very Mad

Lord Rothmere used his newspaper as a tool to try out “social conditioning” techniques on readers. After a test period of six months, they discovered that 87% of the public had formed opinions without rational or critical thought processes. The British public was then subjected to sophisticated propaganda methods to convince them that they had to send their sons to die; that this would be the right thing to do.

In the period following the War To End All Wars, Viennese witch doctors came to realize that neurotic disabilities were endemic and pervasive in a modern society. The Tavistock Institute of Medical Psychology (Tavistock Clinic) was founded in 1920 in order to take advantage of these neuroses and develop manipulative procedures.

The founding group included physicians, neurologists, psychiatrists, anthropologists and socioliogists, Interest focussed on “dynamic psychologies”. On the one hand were the adherents of Freud, Jung and Adler. On the other were a neurologically-oriented general psychiatry, a somatically-oriented general medicine and a surrounding subject population.

Key figures included Jack Rawlings-Rees, Henry Dicks, Ronald Hargreaves, Tommy Wilson and Wilfred Bion. The Clinic began to take on a conceptual direction consonant with the emergent ‘object relations approach’ in psychoanalysis. The object relations approach emphasized relationships rather than instinctual drives and psychic energy.

It really is farmers and sheep , emphasis on relating , what a surprise

my feeling is that all language can be used for negative and dominating subliminal conditioning of the psyche unless people learn to educate themselves out of that matrix of control and then its also possible to use language and gesture in a very positive and liberating manner for each persona like as a free thinking self educated artist might do, an artist in any medium of communications

looking at the areas that are available for human expressions, there is physical action, inaction = gestures and speech, so not much room to play with

At a young age, gestures tend to be wild and free, as do the vocals, where speech tends to be conditioned slowly into the baby as it learns to turn its vocal noise into a so called higher sense of speech , and slowly also, the gestures are filtered down into sophisticated expressions

so a language of gesture and of speech are conditioned into each being to varying degrees

Depending on the vibrancy of the essential self still functioning in each person, they then use language and gesture to define their own unique expression, there is a complete free canvas available for the free vibrant mind

But people are too lazy and just recycle existing gestures and soundbites of language as they have been taught and pick up from the media, which also ties in closely with their emotional condition.

Certain gestures and certain words have to mean certain things and so have to produce a certain reaction in peoples emotions

And all it takes is for people to become conscious of how they are reacting to certain communications phenomena to begin to take control of their own emotion and start to reverse engineer their own subliminal conditioning which i think everyone has different degrees of dependent on their parents friends peers and education routes

Seems that I was meant to read this Seneca from the webpage from the first thread. I shouldn't have an excuse but I'm behind.
A profound quote..
Later when I was able to enter Higher States through simple whole body breathing techniques I realized our potential as a Species is definitely a threat to anything that seeks to rule over the Human Race. It would not be possible, the energy of freedom is too great and when felt, ones life means nothing if they cannot constantly feel it again. If the humans were to unlock their true self thus broadcasting a higher signal or frequency that would permeate the globe, it would surely burn holes in the nets and webs created to surround the atmosphere (At Most Fear) that’s keeping us trapped within.

Lower forms of consciousness that manifested as Jealousy and thus Spirituality and Religion were created, these are the limits. We will be able to discover our true form which is not a word and comes before even thought.
This here caught my attention, I wonder.....
The solar system is dualistic and binary, once the Spirit enters it becomes narrow minded and lacks their other side so it creates a stand in called the ego. We breathe life into it and birth a monster. At one point one must have to tame this ego and get rid of it’s rigid brutish side but if one can’t do that one must turn oneself into a chariot of fire, propel theirself to the center of the Universe where they will find there other half. In this realm that is the meaning to life.
If not all the universe is dualistic with all these illusions, then maybe it’s not all so difficult out there.

Hi again Haudenosaunee, I wonder if you are O- Thanks for sharing. I noticed that the Natives whom alot don't really have the Rhesus factor seem to have more psychic skills and they are more free. In other words those with the Rhesus postive have lost those abilities.
I agree with all that and life is in the blood.

The Basques have something similar going on. They are able to think differently. A group of people pioneering in Neuro Linguistic Programming found they are organized differently, have alot of unusual patterns that they think are genetic or neurological.
That means they can't be as easily programmed or brainwashed as others can be, because other people mostly think alike and most have the same patterns.

The Basques
http://www.buber.net/Basque/Features/GuestColumns/jml040624.php
The Neanderthals were a newer hominid versus the austrolopithecus and others that lived millions of years ago, which the homo stock likely came from. But this person is saying the Basques came from this newer Neanderthal stock.
So apparently tweaking was still occurring.

Charleston named after king charles II and it has its dance and the stoneworks must be of interest Surprised found this info
On May 31, 1801, the Supreme Council of the Thirty-third degree of the United States of America-the first Scottish 'Rite Supreme Council in the world-was founded in Charleston, South Carolina. It's aim was to unify these competing groups and to bring Masonic order out of chaos. The full membership of this Supreme Council consisted of 11 Grand Inspectors General.

Of these 11-John Mitchell, Frederick Dalcho, Abraham Alexander, Emanuel De La Motta, Thomas Bartholomew Bowen, Israel De Lieben, Isaac Auld, Le Compte Alexander Francois Auguste de Grasse, Jean Baptiste Marie Delahogue, Moses Clava Levy and James Moultrie-nine were born abroad and only Brothers Isaac Auld and James Moultrie were native born. In religion, four were Jews, five were Protestants, and two were Roman Catholics.

On August 4, 1813, Emanuel De La Motta,33°, of Savannah, Georgia, a distinguished Jewish merchant and philanthropist, and Grand Treasurer General of the Supreme Council at Charleston, organized in New York City the Supreme Council of the Thirty-third degree for the Northern District and Jurisdiction of the United States of America.

The first Sovereign Grand Commander was Daniel D. Tompkins, 33°. He filled this office from 1813-25. He was at the same time Vice President of the United States for two terms, under president Monroe. The first Grand Secretary General of this Supreme Council, its Conservator during the era of anti-Masonic attacks, and its third Sovereign Grand Commander from 1832-51, was John James Joseph Gourgas, 33°.

Both the Northern and Southern Jurisdictions made slow progress in unifying the scattered degree-conferring groups, and in standardizing the rituals. They were handicapped by the pride in the local organizations; by leadership jealousies; by the anti-Masonic agitation of 1826-40, which almost destroyed Freemasonry; by the War between the States, and by other matters. The process of unification , however, was completed in the Northern Masonic Jurisdiction by the Union of 1867, when the last irregular Supreme Council finally acknowledged the authority of the regular Supreme Council. From that Union, there arose what is the present Supreme Council for the Northern Masonic Jurisdiction of the United States of America.

Since it is now officially recognized as beginning in 1801 in Charleston, South Carolina, the Scottish Rite has spread throughout the world. At the present time, the Supreme Council for the Northern Masonic Jurisdiction officially recognizes and enjoys friendly relations with the Supreme Councils of the Scottish Rite in 39 other jurisdictions, and the higher degrees systems (Swedish Rite) administered by the Grand Lodges in the four Scandinavian countries, Denmark, Iceland, Norway and Sweden).

The Tunnel of the Third Eye

"A useful hint that can be given is not to consider the eye as a patch or a fifty cent coin on the forehead. In reality, the third eye is more like a pipe or a tunnel, going from the area in the middle of the eyebrows to the occipital bone at the back of the head."

All along the tunnel are a number of centers of energy, through which one can connect with different worlds and areas of consciousness. This explains why different systems may 'locate' the third eye in different places - each of them chooses a different center along the pipe as a reference point, or even a structure of energy adjacent to the tunnel.

Another important point to keep in mind is that the third eye is not physical. The grossest part of the third eye is a structure of energy belonging to the etheric body, or layer of life force. The etheric body has many connections with the physical body and therefore the third eye, being the 'main switch' of the etheric body, is also closely connected to certain structures of the physical body, for instance the pituitary and the pineal glands.

However, it would be over-simplified to say that the third eye is the pineal gland or the pituitary gland, as stated by certain books. For, as explained before, the tunnel of the third eye isn't physical. It impacts its energy on a number of structures of the physical body, including the frontal sinus, the optic nerves and their chiasma, the nerves of the cribriform plate of the ethmoid bone, the pituitary and the pineal glands, some of the nuclei at the center of the brain, the ventricles of the brain and others. It would be far too simplistic and limited to pick one of these physical structures and label it 'third eye'. For the third eye is not physical: it is an organ of energy. It may have some privileged connections with certain physical structures, but it can't be limited to any of them."

Interesting perspective on the Third Eye, a Brahma Kumari , the devotees that wear the red dot on the forehead , are suppised to have a develpment of language that leads to understanding of the third eye perspective
There are a lot of charlatans out there nowadays, but the Raja yoga in its fine form is what they tend to practice

Raja Yoga - Eight limbs of Raja Yoga

The term Ashtanga means eight limbs, thus Raja Yoga is also known as Ashtanga Yoga which refers to the eight limbs of yoga.

The eight limbs of Raja Yoga are:
Yama: Code of conduct - self-restraint
Niyama - religious observances - commitments to practice, such as study and devotion
Asana - integration of mind and body through physical activity
Pranayama - regulation of breath leading to integration of mind and body
Pratyahara - abstraction of the senses, withdrawal of the senses of perception from their objects
Dharana - concentration, one-pointedness of mind
Dhyana - meditation (quiet activity that leads to samadhi)
samadhi - the quiet state of blissful awareness, superconscious state

Raja Yoga - Yama
Main article: Yama

Yama consists of five parts: Ahimsa (non-violence), Satyam (truthfulness), Asteya (not stealing), Brahmacharya (celibacy), and Aparigraha (non-covetousness). Ahimsa is perfect harmlessness and positive love also. This removes the brutal nature in man and strengthens the will. The practice of Yama is a Mahavrata, universal vow. It must be observed by all.

Raja Yoga - Niyama
Main article: Niyama

Niyama is observance of five canons: Saucha (internal and external purity), Santosha (contentment), Tapas (austerity), Svadhyaya (study of religious books and repetitions of Mantras), and Ishvarapranidhana (self-surrender to God, and His worship).

He who practises meditation without ethical perfection, without the practice of Yama-Niyama cannot obtain the fruits of meditation. Purify your mind first through the practice of Yama-Niyama. Then practise regular meditation. Then you will attain illumination.

Raja Yoga - Asana
Main article: Asana

Any easy, steady, comfortable pose is Asana. Asanas steady the body.

Raja Yoga - Pranayama
Main article: Pranayama

Pranayama checks the outgoing tendencies of the mind.

Raja Yoga - Pratyahara
Main article: Pratyahara

Pratyahara gives inner spiritual strength. It removes all sorts of distractions. It develops will-power.

Raja Yoga - Dharana
Main article: Dharana

Real Raja Yoga starts from concentration. Concentration merges into meditation. Meditation ends in Samadhi. Retention of breath, Brahmacharya, Satvic (pure) food, seclusion, silence, Satsanga (being in the company of a guru), and not mixing much with people are all aids to concentration. Concentrate on Trikuti (the space between the two eyebrows) with closed eyes is preferred. The mind can be easily controlled, as this is the seat for the mind.

Raja Yoga - Dhyana
Main article: Dhyana

Sleep, tossing of mind, attachment to objects, subtle desires and cravings, laziness, lack of Brahmacharya, gluttony are all obstacles in meditation. Reduce your wants. Cultivate dispassion. You will have progress in Yoga. Vairagya thins out the mind. Do not mix much. Do not talk much. Do not walk much. Do not eat much. Do not sleep much. Do not exert much. Never wrestle with the mind during meditation. Do not use any violent efforts at concentration. If evil thoughts enter your mind, do not use your will force in driving them. You will tax your will. You will lose your energy. You will fatigue yourself. The greater the efforts you make, the more the evil thoughts will return with redoubled force. Be indifferent. Become a witness of those thoughts. Substitute divine thoughts. They will pass away. Never miss a day in meditation. Regularity is of paramount importance. When the mind is tired, do not concentrate. Do not take heavy food at night.

The mind passes into many conditions or states as it is made up of three qualities-Sattva, Rajas and Tamas. Kshipta (wandering), Vikshipta (gathering), Mudha (ignorant), Ekagra (one-pointed), and Nirodha (contrary) are the five states of the mind.

By controlling the thoughts the Sadhaka attains great Siddhis. He becomes an adept. He attains Asamprajnata Samadhi or Kaivalya. Do not run after Siddhis. Siddhis are great temptations. They will bring about your downfall. A Raja Yogi practises Samyama or the combined practice of Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi at one and the same time and gets detailed knowledge of an object.

Control the mind by Abhyasa (practice) and Vairagya (dispassion). Any practice which steadies the mind and makes it one-pointed is Abhyasa. Dull Vairagya will not help you in attaining perfection in Yoga. You must have Para Vairagya or Theevra Vairagya, intense dispassion.

Raja Yoga - Samadhi
Main article: Samadhi

Meditation on OM with Bhava and its meaning removes obstacles in Sadhana and helps to attain Samadhi. Avidya (ignorance), Asmita (egoism), Raga-Dvesha (likes and dislikes), Abhinivesha (clinging to mundane life) are the five Kleshas or afflictions. Destroy these afflictions. You will attain Samadhi.

Samadhi is of two kinds:
Savikalpa, Samprajnata or Sabija; and
Nirvikalpa, Asamprajnata or Nirbija.

In Savikalpa or Sabija, there is Triputi or the triad (knower, known and knowledge). The Samskaras are not burnt or fried. Savitarka, Nirvitarka, Savichara, Nirvichara, Sasmita and Saananda are the different forms of Savikalpa Samadhi. In Nirbija Samadhi or Asamprajnata Samadhi there is no triad. The impressions are fried in toto.

A Bhakta gets Bhava-Samadhi, a Jnani gets Badha-Samadhi, a Raja Yogi gets Nirodha Samadhi.

Didn't mean to skip this thread.
rainyday, me too, I was on the east coast in the same town and The Golden Bug took me there, so much more greener on that side!

a few comments on the clairvision post...but first off I want to say that the universe and everything out there that is not Seen or unexplained is not made by or a byproduct of a chemical reaction in the brain!!
He who practises meditation without ethical perfection, without the practice of Yama-Niyama cannot obtain the fruits of meditation. Purify your mind first through the practice of Yama-Niyama. Then practise regular meditation. Then you will attain illumination.

It does help if one has a calmness about them and some form of personal discipline. I wonder what their samahdi was like, I haven't looked into that plus these people prefer to keep it a personal and that's fine but it would be nice to know what happened to them.

samadhi - the quiet state of blissful awareness, superconscious state
It seems that he is talking about the kundalini where one is definitely in a blissful state, or something else, because there are not emotions or bliss or thoughts or mind thus no dualities in the higher conscious state.

He doesn't mention breathing techniques but that helps too.

If you have a clear energy that's good so that things can move through one so they can have that experience and then bring something back from it. A very basic example would be if you are really into sounds like music and you are able to let it go through you. Kind of how one goes into different states when they dance and something is brought back, maybe like the duende you were talking about Kapis. The music just moves through me. It kind of reminds me of bringing the chi inside and moving and using it.

Sleep, tossing of mind, attachment to objects, subtle desires and cravings, laziness, lack of Brahmacharya, gluttony are all obstacles in meditation. Reduce your wants. Cultivate dispassion. Do not take heavy food at night.
Whoa he sounds like a catholic priest! I agree with the gluttony and having only desires of materialism and such. But all the other things I don't agree with.

You must have Para Vairagya or Theevra Vairagya, intense dispassion.
Without the life energy, sorry you are not going anywhere.
If one is born with alot of lifeforce, then they got it made. The lifeforce is very alive and very much like passion and will take you anywhere you want to go and makes one progress and evolve.
So I disagree with his statement.
He seems to be talking of something else then, like nonattachment, which is good to have.
That's good to know. Now what are they doing or what are these different samadhis like when experienced, they need to explain that.
Okay that's my humble advice.

I presume that they have to progress through the first 7 stages, inckuding pranayama breathing to be capable of samadhi, but i treat a lot of these informations with the recognition that in the translation to english, something vital could be lost or mistranslated, its somewtimes very difficult to translate intentions and nuances of understandings between languages

I think there are some reasonable pointers of conditions of consciousness shown there in their descript and techniques to adjust that consciousness

I would only extract small segments of information from that to suit my own understandings cause it does seem too extreme and churchly prohibitive and restrictive to the human free spirit in evolution . maybe it was translated by a priest Mad Smile

BUt then again, sometimes the human condition may require a surge of extreme self discipline to propel it out of a quagmire of negative repetitions of behaviours

Yeah that "lifeforce" you speak off is interesting Seraphim, and its relationship to sexual energy

Well seems that one can get energy from different sources, dance, qi gong and other activities. As for the sexual energy it very well could be that most monks don't evolve much, because they repress this energy. Not too many achieve samadhi do they and it's always when they are older. They can transform it and they don't need a partner that would not be a problem, but everything about the sexual energy is taboo because someone knows how powerful it is and how it can change a person for the better. It's the easiest fastest way for a person to use this energy and to get somewhere, vs trying to meditate which most find difficult.

As for dance it is a type of invoking, just as the other practices are. One doesn't need music although that may help. So you see something being invoked in the flamenco dance? The sexual energy, well other things and other kinds of energy can be brought forward as well.

Anyway, I have something very special to share written by Lyall Watson in following post, enjoy Smile

I knew this book would come in handy. From Gifts of Unknown Things.
"The dances I experienced on Nus Tarian could never be seen anywhere else. You can't take a dream on tour. Both dance and dream are brought into being by the consciousness of a moment. They can never be repeated or successfully imitated. But you can dance and dream again. You must, if life is to continue.
Dancing is surely the most basic and relevant of all forms of expression. Nothing else can so effectively give outward form to an inner experience. Poetry and music exist in time. Painting and architecture are a part of space. But only the dance lives at once in both space and time.In it the creator and the thing created, the artist and the expression, are one. Each participates completely in the other. There could be no better metaphor for an understanding of the mechanics of the cosmos.

We begin to realize that our universe is in a sense brought into being by the participation of those involved in it. It is a dance, for participation is its organizing principle. This is the important new concept of quantum mechanics (or that wanting something changes the thing you want). It takes the place in our understanding of the old notion of observation, of watching without getting involved. Quantum theory says it can't be done. That spectators can sit in their rigid row as long as they like, but there will never be a performance unless at least one of them takes part. And conversely, that it needs only one participant, because that one is the essence of all people and the quintessence of the cosmos.

With a series of single strokes she had been able to reveal the ultimate significance of all natural phenomena. She had managed to divest gods, humans, and life of their chance reality and transport them into a dream world where the essence of things, instead of being blurred by our awkward vision, flashed out with the utmost clarity."

Very illuminating Seraphim
Now lets take for instance, a choreographed dance by a professional dancer , they have perfected many techniques of motion, they marry this into a chosen musical number and if this union is carried out with great care, the performance can then invoke emotional arousal in any watching audience , but if they get it wrong, either the physical movements or the wrong choice of music , it has the opposite effect, it dies.
This type of dance is based on an absolute perfected discipline of conscience to
program the physical body to carry out various expressions that are then subliminally synchronised into union with a chosen musical number , so that when it comes to performance, the consciousness can relax and allow the emotional body to arise and express through these preprogrammed expressions .
It is the staccatto technical perfection of these acts in synchronicity with an appropriate musical score , that can affect emotion in the performer and the watchers

NOw this act can fairly be attributed to the direction of human consciousness

BUt then you may have a freestyle dance whereby the human is responding to musical vibes , this is not directed by consciousness , it is something else that arises and directs this , what say ye on the source of the motions ? Is this the body intelligence that is taking the directors chair ?

Now in modern day western society , the trained consciousness of many will try to resist this arousal of the freestyle as it may seem a threat to the ego-control

You get the same reactions and feelings out of any kind of dance that has the invocation power, if they are a technical or choreographed dance. But something is still missing in that kind of dance. Don't people want to use and know what they brought forth from the other realms. Just as the chi master does with the chi energy they found. Just wondering.

I don't know if the act of dance is conscious (the technical is more so and it loses a little bit of it’s essence) it's more on the unconsious realms, who is to say if it's the person directing thereself or one of the many influences out there.

If you can picture yourself moving or being a river while dancing for example, it's the outside moving you and by that you can turn yourself into a river.
