No doubt, Kapitan, especially offshore accounts where trillions of
dollars have been stashed and nothing in taxes has been paid to
governments which only makes the economic and banking problems
worse.

I have no doubt that Russian wealth re: Cyprus for example, is
stashed all over the world in banks we have absolutely no knowledge
about.

If you are in the class of oligarch then your accounts, personal life,
wealth is in a class of its own...

...you run countries and tell governments what you are going to do.

It's all about commerce, religion and politics are side shows.

Wow, Russia is faster then anyone thought  Shocked

They surely were working on replacing SWIFT already!

Russia to launch its payment system in months, as disruption fears mount

The move by international payment systems Visa and MasterCard to block their use in Russia has unnerved some Russian businesses. Meanwhile, Moscow says its own national payment system may become fully operative within months. wrote:

re: this is all about the flow of money and resources

Listening to an interview with Catherine Austin Fitts and she was
discussing what she referred to as a "UFO economy". The idea
that there exists a "breakaway civilization" as also discussed by
such researchers as Richard Dolan and Joseph Farrell.

That idea about a "UFO economy" and NSA tracking every SWIFT
transaction and the NSA possibly being involved in black budgets
by profiting off stock trading shaving the money off and funneling
it into...

Black Budget: The UFO Economy:

Catherine Austin Fitts: The UFO Economy - Dark Journalist
    Video

I'm starting to wonder if the Russians aren't trying to recapture the
control of resources and money to prevent this money from
disappearing into these "black budgets?"

In this interview, Catherine Austin Fitts said we are dealing with a
"Nazi phenomenon" and "we not dealing with concentration
camps but hotels."

Hotels?

Listen to this: "It all goes back to Germany."

Or are the British deflecting blow back by blaming Germany?

re: situation in Ukraine is getting very serious

The psycho bitch Yulia Tymoshenko is talking about "nuking 8 million
Russians" who are now caught in Ukraine intercepted in this phone
call.

Although said in anger it clearly shows how these people think and
how much they hate the Russians.

They are actually discussing how to "eliminate these Russians"
living in Ukraine.

Yulia Volodymyrivna Tymoshenko is the "attack dog" used by the
Anglo-Amerians during the earlier "Orange Revolution" in Ukraine.
She despises the Russians.

Yulia Volodymyrivna Tymoshenko (Ukrainian: Ю́лія Володи́мирівна Тимоше́нко, pronounced [ˈjulijɑ wɔlɔˈdɪmɪriwnɑ tɪmɔˈʃɛnkɔ], née Hrihyan, Грігян, born 27 November 1960) is a Ukrainian politician and businesswoman. She co-led the Orange Revolution and was the first female Prime Minister of Ukraine, serving from 24 January to 8 September 2005, and again from 18 December 2007 to 4 March 2010.

Russian Retaliation #1: Russia Largest Bank Halts Foreign Currency Loans
Zero Hedge
April 2, 2014

It didn’t take long for Russia to launch the first retaliatory salvo against the unexpected JPMorgan “act of aggression.” Moments ago Bloomberg just reported that Sberbank, the largest bank in Russia and all of Eastern Europe, just halted the issuance of consumer loans in foreign currency. Bloomberg adds that “Sberbank, Russia’s biggest lender, holds 43.3% of nation’s consumer deposits, 32.7% of consumer loans and 32.1% of corporate loans.”

Why is this important? Well, it is possible that the biggest Russian bank is running low on foreign reserves with which to issue non-ruble loans, which is rather unlikely for a bank which is defacto part of the Russian financial system. Still, it would be problematic if Russia is indeed telegraphing its commodity-export driven economy is suddenly low on Dollars and/or Europe’s artificial, life-supported currency.

And then there is another possibility: as we explained yesterday, “what JPM may have just done is launch a preemptive strike which would have the equivalent culmination of a SWIFT blockade of Russia, the same way Iran was neutralized from the Petrodollar and was promptly forced to begin transacting in Rubles, Yuan and, of course, gold in exchange for goods and services either imported or exported.” And this: “One wonders: is JPM truly that intent in preserving its “pristine” reputation of not transacting with “evil Russians”, that it will gladly light the fuse that takes away Russia’s choice whether or not to depart the petrodollar voluntarily, and makes it a compulsory outcome, which incidentally will merely accelerate the formalization of the Eurasian axis of China, Russia and India.”

Judging by the first retaliation, which just showed what Russia thinks of the petrodollar regime by voluntarily isolating itself from it, this is certainly a growing possibility.

Russia will soon replace SWIFT, i.e. offer the world an alternative in combination with replacement of the Petrodollar. As soon as SWIFT loses the e-transfer monopoly moving back to a gold standards will make not only sense, it will be unavoidable, I reckon the CHECK MATE moment isn't far away.

TG, how ironic that Tymoshenko made those threats in RUSSIAN...this wretch can't speak Ukrainian! That in itself really tells us what is wrong with her doesn't it.. What a Face

re: Swift being replaced

The sooner the better. Every SWIFT transaction and Paypal transaction goes through
NSA filters. The high speed traders using lasers now to gain that much over competitors
in thousands of a second I think is being used by the NSA to siphon off money for black
projects. More researchers are coming to this conclusion.

re: Yulia Tymoshenko

We need to concertedly end the grip these oligarchs have on our collective throats.

End oligarchy.

The first true democracy, with an economy free of economic depression and free
of oligarchic "money power" domination.

This is the ultimate struggle in our existence.

Gawd Putin is the best strategist with no match, cause if the Donbass is going to join Russia peacefully via a Referendum, then Crimea got a direct land-connection with Russia.. LOL!!!

So while the West always dissed putin because of his long KGB career, he has by now the most efficiant secret service of the world.

I have been told that Russia has a group of fighter jets that operate with no on-board computers or microchips but operate all with mechanical and kinetic energy.

An EMP attack on the US could disable everything.
Having an air force that can operate outside of computers and chips would then have the upper hand.
And this could correspond to the Bible prophecy that Babylon, the US, is destroyed in an hour. Or nukes.

I wouldn't doubt that for a minute, they've always retained their ability to launch their Sputniks via handheld good ol' calculators!!!

US Cyber Ninjas have serious problems producing high quality crisis management. Imagine being given the task of planning a cyber war against our Russian friends. Nowadays most governments are "geographic information systems", mapped down to the last hair on everybodies anus. Very helpful stuff in planning warfare, but Russia is not as 'digitaly inclined' as they would need it to be in order to not make total fools out of themselves with all that sloppy silly fantasy invasion evidence porn. It's like groping in the dark when you're not sure who's ass your hand is up
