Transhumanism - Singularity

Post  tgII on Wed 20 Feb 2013, 13:27

re: proposal to set up a thread specifically dedicated to transhumansim

This is a subject that needs a whole lot more public discourse, far more than what
is presently being offered.

Raymond "Ray" Kurzweil is probably a brilliant scientist, but what are the limits of
science unhinged from spirituality? What Kurzweil wants is humanity controlled by a
machine. Kurzweil is one of the leading scientific advocates of transhumanism. He has
also been called the "ultimate thinking machine." Why does that sound "alien" to me?

Kurzweil is at Google as the director of engineering. Google as the springboard
directly into "singularity?"

This isn't the first time this has been thought about. It was Arthur Koestler who
wrote Ghost in the Machine.

Both Arthur Koestler and Raymond Kurzweil are Ashkenazi Jews. Why is it these
Ashkenazi Jews are so "advanced in thinking?" What is in their genetic disposition?

Raymond "Ray" Kurzweil (/ˈkɜrzwaɪl/ kurz-wyl; born February 12, 1948) is an American author, inventor, futurist, and director of engineering at Google. Aside from futurology, he is involved in fields such as optical character recognition (OCR), text-to-speech synthesis, speech recognition technology, and electronic keyboard instruments. He is the author of several books on health, artificial intelligence (AI), transhumanism, the technological singularity, and futurism.

Kurzweil is generally recognized as a public advocate for the futurist and transhumanist movements, due to his stances on life extension technologies, his efforts to forecast future advances in technology, and his interest in the concept of the technological singularity. At the same time, he has attracted significant criticism from scientists and thinkers.

Ray Kurzweil explains the "coming singularity." Singularity into what? Can science
take humanity into a singularity where all thought and activity is directed by one
machine which captures all conscious thought for its own benefit?

Why has Kurzweil "attracted significant criticism?" What organizations and institutions
support Kurzweil's work in humanism? Regardless of whether or not Kurzweil's work in
technology and in reaching "singularity", transhumanism is pushing forward in a huge
way with very little public discourse.

I found it an interesting comment when I had read somewhere that Jews will tend to take jobs that are more mental-cerebral in nature.
Those professions also tend to not be so creative in and of themselves but are dependent on the creations of others to make a profit.
And the one profession you will find the least amount of Jews is in physical labor jobs...particularly farming.

If true to any substantial degree would this indicate a lack of connection with the earth and the creative principle?
And would this transhumanism not be an attractive way to further express a people's self-professed spiritual superiority, but also their genetic mental superiority?

All leading up to the global collective technocratic Bolshevic communistic new world order.

I am not disputing that transhumanism is a real agenda, but in Germany many scientists actually think their peers in this field who religiously believe in it as the next step of our human evolution say they are going to have a rough "awakening". Most of the agenda is completely incomatible with biological life and therefore breads so much weakness that they wouldn't last very long.

Anyone checked out the new 64 bit iphone 5s, its got fingerprint password swipe, the first mass produced direct personal interactive attachment of man / woman and machine or should i say "Device"

At some point , the swipe will evolve into the attachment , ie personal device attaches to personal biology directly 24/7

Transhumanism—mankind’s next step forward? Will mankind evolve into a perfect being?

Is this inevitable? Is there no way out? Will we have a choice? Well, in
fact we will called free will, but it is looking more and more that as
corporations have dictated what will come next my view is that people
will give up their free will to transhumanism.

It is suggested that transhumanism will "solve all of man's problems."

Are you ready to give up your free will for that preposterous supposition?

i love when michael tsarion says something thats just slightly absurd or childish and his audience thinks he cracking a joke, and so everybody laughs, and then tsarion ad libs an extra punchline for more laughter.

but from my point of view, thats just the way he talks and none of what he says deserves unanimous laughter. i'd classify tsarion as maybe comically irreverent. but that in itself is usually just smirk or laugh to yourself..

its not tsarions fault its just audiences can be annoying....like every decent movie experience a group of people start clapping at the end. to try to start a clap wave or something. but 90% of the theatre dont clap so the 10% that started drop it. but if another 10% were to clap from the original 10%. that 20% would get a few more to clap and pretty soon the whole theatre would clap.

haha

I am skeptical because the only online vendors of this product are pretty much all related to the Alex Jones mafia.
Alex is obese, a smoker and a drinker, turkey gullet, balding and large dark bags under the eyes...not necessarily living a healthy lifestyle.

One would have to find out if his proprietary formula was truly better than potassium iodide.

Where is the proof that nascent iodine has proven to be better?
Where is the proof that it is more bioavailable?

Alex's iodine is a repackaging of Dr. Group's iodine and he has been a guest on Alex's show and Alex has apparently infused his lab with cash to produce on a larger scale.
Natural news and Lew Rockwell are also selling it under different names but it is all the same product and they both are connected with the Alex Jones Inc. machine.

At 15:40 Alex takes some of the "juice"...does that look like the face of an honest man?

Here is Dr. Group's website...

Nascent Iodine is a scientific term for iodine where the iodine molecule has the diatomic bond broken and has a high amount of electromagnetic energy associated with it. During the two to three hours of activation time (within the human body, once diluted in water and consumed), the Nascent Iodine atom has the ability to be of assistance to the body.

This form of iodine is produced by subjection of a 1 percent tincture of iodine to a high electromagnetic field for a given time in order to produce the Nascent Iodine state. This atomic state and electromagnetic charge is held by the atom until diluted in water and consumed.

Once diluted and inside the body, this atom is readily absorbed and utilized by the body. This charged atom of iodine starts a process where it gradually loses its energy over two to three hours. During this time, the body recognizes this atom as the same Nascent Iodine it produces in the thyroid in order to make the T3 and T4 hormones.

The atomic iodine is perhaps the least toxic and least irritating of all the iodine formulas available.

The quality that separates Nascent Iodine from all other iodine products is that the diatomic bond is broken with each atom, keeping one of the two electrons that had made up the covalent bond. This is known as homolytic cleavage, and it causes the iodine atom to be subject to magnetic charging. The iodine being in the atomic state was the reason it was called Atomidine, for Atomic Iodine (1926 to 1935). This atomic state and large electromagnetic charge is held by the atom until it is diluted in water, where it then rapidly loses its charge.

Nascent Iodine is a complete atom—no extra electrons, none missing.
These claims about its activation time in the body requires...Proof.
The thyroid does not absorb atoms, but molecules.
This nacent designation is the same as it being mono-atomic.
All they need to do is show the science, research and testing that would be necessary to back up their claims.

Also taking iodine-iodide is tricky business and you can really fuck yourself up with it.
More caution must be taken if it is an oral dose versus absorbed through the skin.
One thing is for sure...Alex markets this in a very irresponsible manner.

Re: Transhumanism - Singularity

Post  quicksilvercrescendo on Sat 07 Dec 2013, 10:53

This whole atomic iodine thing started with Edgar Cayce and his channeled readings...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atomidine

Cayce Health Database
ATOMIDINE

Atomidine is a commercial product which is sold as an antiseptic for cuts, sores, infections, insect bites, and skin rashes.  However, Atomidine is also often taken internally in minute doses as recommended by Edgar Cayce as a glandular stimulant and purifier. Atomidine contains 1% iodine trichloride and other unlisted ingredients.

Edgar Cayce stated that Atomidine "will increase the flow of secretions or activities in the glands of the system (as related to the ductless) ..." [411-1]   It is used for treating a wide variety of conditions related to glandular dysfunction.

Since Atomidine contains iodine, when taken internally, it can over-stimulate the thyroid gland and heart. Edgar Cayce recommended that Atomidine be taken under the supervision of a physician.

Typically, Atomidine is taken in cycles which vary greatly depending upon the needs of each individual.  A typical cycle may involve taking Atomidine for five days and then resting for five days.

Here are some basic instructions for taking Atomidine:

Take Atomidine in a cycle of 1 2 3 2 1 drops per day for 5 days, off 5 days, and 1 2 3 2 1 drops per day for 5 days. Do this once per month (that is, when the cycle is done, wait 2 weeks and begin again). [1 2 3 2 1 means 1 drop the first day, 2 drops the second day, 3 drops the third day, 2 drops the fourth day, and 1 drop the fifth day - in half a glass of water, before breakfast.]

CAUTION: Atomidine should only be taken under the supervision of a physician.  Some individuals may experience increased anxiety and/or cardiovascular functioning as a result of taking Atomidine.
Note: The above information is not intended for self-diagnosis or self-treatment.  Please consult a qualified health care professional for assistance in applying the information contained in the Cayce Health Database.
Alex is not specifying that people should consult a physician and get their iodine levels tested before buying his product, nor consult a physician on how to use it or when to possibly discontinue it when levels are normal.  He casually and summarily states one should take it daily without much caution.

History of Atomic Iodine
The Next Generation - Thyroid Nascent Iodine
Atomidine is a yellow-gold liquid that provides iodine supplementation in a non-poisonous form through a special process where iodine is compounded in a solution that liberates the element in an atomic or nascent state. It is readily utilized by the human body. Edgar Cayce called it “atomic iodine” or Atomidine and said it is more active and less toxic and less irritating to the system than molecular iodine. Thus Atomidine is more suitable for internal use in small quantities in addition to its effectiveness as an external antiseptic.

What is the nature of the process that transforms ordinary iodine into such a valuable, non-toxic state? Basically a solution of iodine trichloride is treated with several herbal compounds. The result is Atomidine, which contains approximately 1/100 grain of iodine in each drop of the solution, supplying in a single drop approximately four times the minimum daily requirement of iodine. The Atomidine that Edgar Cayce recommended in over 2,000 readings was not “electrified” although the man that brought Atomidine to Cayce’s awareness, Dr. Sunker Bisey, did experiment with an electrified solution.

Atomidine existed in various forms and had been called a variety of names, including Beslin and Alphaiodine, since the beginning of the 20th century. Prior to 1910, its forerunner appeared as a crude, thick, black liquid supposedly developed by an East Indian shaman, and was used as a household remedy for fevers. In 1910 it was used as a last resort to treat Dr. Bisey who was dying of a severe malaria infection. Dr. Bisey made a miraculous recovery. As a Hindu scientist, chemist and consulting engineer and friend of Mahatma Gandhi, Dr. Bisey was so impressed with the potential of the iodine compound that he subjected it to thorough chemical analysis and research. The result was “Beslin” that stood for “best liquid iodine”, which was marketed in England in 1913.

Dr. Bisey settled in the United States in 1917, establishing the American Beslin Corporation in Delaware. In 1926 Laboratoire Durveaux purchased the Beslin Corporation. The New York-based company engaged in clinical studies and collection of medical data and testimonials on Beslin. The use of Beslin in both liquid and ointment form was expanded to the fields of dentistry and veterinary medicine.

In 1931 Dr Bisey, then 64 years old, traveled to Virginia Beach, Virginia, to consult with Edgar Cayce, the famous “Sleeping Prophet,” regarding the preparation and distribution of Atomidine, as his product would come to be called when Dr. Bisey formed his own Atomidine Company in 1932. Cayce’s psychic readings, given while he was in a self-induced trance state, had long indicated that iodine would be very beneficial to the system if its poisonous qualities could be removed. Prior to this, experiments in rendering iodine non-poisonous by people who had readings from Edgar Cayce had not been successful. The processes Cayce outlined in the readings proved to be too expensive.

In Dr. Bisey’s readings, Cayce found the Atomidine formula satisfactory. At that time Cayce also suggested a modification in the preparation procedure that involved treating the iodine by a specific electrical charging process that Cayce outlined in detail. Dr. Bisey succeeded in completing this process experimentally; however “electrified Atomidine” was never marketed by Dr. Bisey, and was never part of the Atomidine formula. Dr. Bisey had several other readings from Cayce dealing with distribution of the Atomidine.

Dr. Bisey died in 1935 and his son, Harold, ran the company until 1948, with Schieffelin and Company of New York manufacturing the Atomidine. In 1948 the Atomidine Company was turned over to Dr. Bisey’s son-in-law of Mt. Vernon, New York who felt the iodine supplement was extremely valuable, even though sales were falling off. He continued to insure Atomidine’s availability until 1974 when he sold the formula to The Heritage Store [1] at of Virginia Beach, Virginia. Heritage has been providing Cayce products since 1969 and continues to produce the original Atomidine to this day.

The Cayce reading for 358-1, direction to Sunkar A. Bisey has been attempted and verified. The two readings 358-1 and 358-2 produce two very different products. 358-2 is a weaker effect, it energizes the molecule of iodine. 358-1 breaks the diatomic bond producing iodine in the Atomic State, nascent iodine. An electromagnetic field is used to produces nascent iodine, in a consumable form. It is currently being made in a tincture of iodine, not the saline solution of Bisey, but the nascent iodine is that described by Schieffelin and Company. The original product of Bisey could be taken 100 drops in a day in the 1930's. It was extremily safe and useful according Schieffelin and Company documents. Iodine trichloride is recommended for external use only by Baar.

Its a fine line promoting himself as a freedom seeker using facts and figures and expert testaments to back up conspiracy , contradiction, deceipt etc and then with the other hand simultaneously promoting a miracle product for financial profits , but not adhering to the same principles of acute relentless explanation justification in the sale of it

Infowars Super Male Vitality =  the name suggests the intention to blatantly use psychological persuasion to make sales …..infowars = brilliant , the irony is beyond ironic  Very Happy

Whats in it ? the usual stuff ginseng etc

Did that guy in the middle video say 90% of men over 40-44  are on viagra -  what is going on in the states , i wonder what the stats are in the uk ,  this lack of the horn activation  is mostly down to psychological fear conditioning from society and their conditioned medical practitioners
I can testify that the mind plays an incredibly  important role in sexual arousal and continued activation and intensity ,  as  does the body to a lesser degree once it generally in fit form

Its metaphorically like the pied piper leading the sheep to jump of the cliff

What "Infowars" (in its essential intended promotion) should really be doing is looking at  the root  sources of the infowar  that is causing this mindfxxk of all elder western citizens ,  which is much more than just diet, not using an established deviant  infowar tactic (AWE ADVERTISING based on conditioned fear ) to benefit from the works of an  earlier most devious infowar attack =  hypocritical in its most damaging ,  calling oneself an infowar combatant whilst multiplying that very infowar in a most camouflaged manner for most
