"White man" blues...nice, Kapis; the rhythm in that Clint
Eastwood theme song makes me want to pull out a 1885 Colt
and start shooting the place up; then ride off towards the sunset
on my horse.

Always enjoyed Van Morrison immensely. Practically grew up
listening to this music...

He then became increasingly sophisticated...

When my first wife was unexpectedly and quite surprisingly diagnosed with stage IV cancer and given three to six months to live...I asked her to marry me a second time.
So we had a small second wedding ceremony with those closest to us...

And this Van Morrison song was the one I chose to play while we took the first dance of the evening...

Really sad, Qsc; Van Morrison has a song somewhere that has touched
a lot of hearts and souls.

Here is my mom singing the blues.
Her husband is Dave the guitar player next to her dressed in black.
And a bunch of talents from the south Florida blues scene.

Thanks...she has never taken any lessons for voice or singing...and is just a hobby for her.
She tried out for x-factor last year but did not pass second round of auditions...was told she wasn't what they were looking for.

No not really any in the family other than my mother's singing and I play guitar.
But I don't play, nor have I ever played in a band. I just play for myself or perhaps a small group of friends.
Playing guitar relaxes me. I am particularly fond of acoustic guitar and the Spanish and Flamenco styles.
I like to sit in my backyard amongst the trees next to a running stream that flows through my property and play slow moving pieces.

A very competent mama performance Qsc, and i hope she don't worry about that x-factor drive-by , cause to be accepted into that cowel control circus , you got to have a real long ass-lickin tongue , so i give her a big clap for missing on that avenue
Paco is just pure bliss on that number Cool

Here are some blues tunes with my mom singing vocals and her husband on guitar.
She retired from her job last year and has been playing more gigs with their band starting with small clubs and fairs.
Recently they played in front of 2500 people at one show and 5000 people at another...their largest performances to date.
Her husband Dave is a very skilled and honed blues guitarist with that fine wine tastiness to his playing.
Good sax, flute and keyboard players as well.

Moondance always takes me back to an old sunday night haunt , where a strange local did a drunken drugged solo limboish dance in front of the band playing it , i still see the guy driving a taxi nowadays and connect his dots ...... Very Happy

Reasonable performance from all the players qsc Cool , nice to have musique in the veins , glad she missed that x-factor cage

Tell the understated flute player , to lift one leg of the floor , to take it to the transcendent level
